In 2016, I formed an intentionally small practice focusing on unique small and medium size clients desiring a relationship with their CPA beyond tax compliance work. We strive to deliver a unique experience unlike “your typical CPA.” What does that mean? It means that you truly enjoy working with our team. It means you leave a meeting with us and feel like you received value. It means after spending time with me, you leave with a “surprise benefit” – something you did not expect. It means you have a business partner.
Our Destin, Florida based practice focuses on engaging innovative entrepreneurs in a variety of industries including real estate development, construction, hospitality and professional service firms such as attorneys, architects, engineers and title companies. About Me... Judd Jackson
Growing up in South Alabama, I learned the key to success in any field is hard work. As a senior in high school, I held three jobs simultaneously while attending classes. I worked my way through Auburn University, graduating with a BS in Accounting. I continued my graduate studies at the University of Alabama Birmingham and interned with a small local firm where I determined public accounting was the field to suit my talents. After several years with the firm in Birmingham, I relocated to the Destin area where I eventually became a Partner with a large regional CPA firm. In addition, 2005-2008, I served as the CFO of a large real estate development firm leveraging my vast public accounting experience and gaining invaluable knowledge engaging in the private sector.
In 2016, I pursued the longtime dream of owning my own practice. My passion is focusing on the specific needs of an exclusive group of clients by utilizing my 25 years of experience in public and private accounting.
I am proud to call the Emerald Coast home. I absolutely love living in Sandestin, Florida with my stellar wife, Penny, my two sons... and my super-hero dog, Cooper.
